All sales are final due to them being handmade.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If item is damaged you have 3 days to take a picture of damaged item(s) in which a replacement will then be sent. If your items is not in stock during the time of requested replacement you will receive a full refund.


Exceptions 
All items are non refundable, but if you have an issue other than damage to your item please contact us. We take pride in having excellent customer service. We like our customers happy and will do whatever it takes to see to that. 


Exchanges
There are no exchanges for items due to the fact that they are handmade.

 

Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds are only issued for products that are damaged in transit and cant be replaced during replacement request.

SHIPPING POLICY

All pre made orders take 3-5 days to be processed by our gift shop, allowing your products to be professionally perfected . All singular custom orders have a 7-14 day processing time. Please place bulk orders 30 days in advance.  Once items have been inspected, properly cleaned and packaged,  they will be shipped.  There will be deals periodically for free shipping. Be sure yo subscribe to our site to be notified when free shipping is available.

Please be sure that your delivery address is correct when checking out. Tracking Numbers for your orders will be emailed to you once your orders are shipped out. Tracking updates are usually available within 24hrs after being shipped. 

We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages. If your item shows that it has been delivered but you have not received it, please file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
